Conditions for Returning an Item
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Tags and labels should remain attached
It must be sent back in the original packaging
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We cannot process returns for items that do not meet these criteria.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
Steps to Request a Return
To start the return process, please email us at support@drchapas.com with:
Your order number and full name
A clear photo or video of the item if it’s damaged or defective
The reason for your return
A copy or screenshot of your order receipt
After we assess your request (usually within 72 hours), we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
Please do not send any items without prior approval.
Return Shipping Information
Unless the return is due to an issue on our end (such as a wrong or defective item), you are responsible for:
Covering return shipping costs
Properly packaging the item to prevent damage during transit
Please use a trackable shipping service, as we’re not liable for returns lost in transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We’re happy to process exchanges if your item:
Arrived damaged or defective
Was the wrong item or wrong size due to our error
To request an exchange, follow the same steps outlined above. After confirmation, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
Customized, personalized, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
Any items returned without authorization may be refused or not eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
